Conversation with the boy today:
boy: Mommy, I'm gonna fire you
Me: Fire me? You can't do that. I'm in this job for life.
boy: No, mommy, I'm gonna FIRE you....
Me: You can disown me, but you can't fire me from being your mom. Sorry.
boy: NO, Mommy, you don't understand...I'm gonna fire you...Ready, Aim, FIRE.
Me: ....Oh...you mean blow me up?
boy: yeah, that's what I said, I'm gonna FIRE you.
Oh well...wishful thinking on my part....LOL!

You are right. Kids say the darndest things. They are so cute.
I think that is what I miss most about not having a child, the great things they say LOL - my nephew is funny.
