wind child

Scotty has always been a "wind child". He loves the wind. He loves that it takes his breath away. I have pictures of him standing in front of a fan, just letting the wind blow past him. He would always turn to face the wind, no matter how cold or biting it was.

Here he is, playing with the ball popper. Scotty will sit there letting the air blow into his face for as long as he can stay still. I am amazed that he is still so fascinated with it. This has become a very popular toy in our house. All the kids who come over gravitate to it. But it will always be Scotty's favorite simply because it is wind...

Dang, how cute. How it really bites to not be around to see this stuff live :(

I've had dogs that were like that, Linda, but never a kid. Interesting. I wonder if he'll grow out of it or not. You might have a future sky diver there, or maybe a wind tunnel tester...

Michele sent me, Linda.

Love that picture of Scotty, we know that is a favorite toy of Jackson's when visiting! LOL

How are you feeling? Any better today? I hope so.

I love that things that are routine to adults are magical for kids. This is a wonderfully related story. He'll treasure it when he's older and reads this.

Hi! Michele sent me.

What an adorable little kid! I hope he didn't get sick ... There's almost nothing more miserable than a hot, sick little toddler. Especially if you're sick, too. Sigh.

Hi Linda, nice to meet you. Your wind child is sweet. I can practically feel the wind.
