Faith of a Mustard Seed

In the bible, Matthew 17:19-20 says:

"Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, 'Why could we not cast it out?' He said to them, 'Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."

Questioning your faith is often what we do. Well...here is a story about faith. My friend Heidi was married to a soldier who was injured in Iraq several years ago. They ended up divorcing, and she has found a new man, who treats her the way she deserves, and has always had strong faith in God, letting Him lead her.

She shared a story about her ex-husband's nephew (whom she still considers her nephew as well), who was also just recently injured in Iraq. She said that he was very "Goth" in high school, barely graduated, didn't have any direction in his life. But this story proves otherwise:

Bible may have saved Man's Life

That bible...a small token of faith, like a mustard seed. God's presence was there.

Thank you Linda! You have been a great encouragement to me and a great friend. Faith...what a strong and meaningful word :)
My faith was been challenged but God is always there, even if you doubting his faith. Remain strong, stand tall and keep the faith!

That is incredible!

The Bible is known as a Rock, Sword, and SHIELD.

This time, it was literal!

This is a great story of faith and belief. I'm sorry he didn't get to come home to recover but it is amazing to hear he is alive and will be well soon.
