as I do, that much of the clothing (for children, particularly girls,) on the market today is too revealing, sexual or immoral (and I know that you understand this, Suz...oh geez...I just realized that I have TWO Suzanne B's that read this blog now!!!! what are the ODDS????...and hey, since I'm on a digression...I have another friend named Suzanne B....crazy!)
where was I?
Okay...if you would like to sign a petition to bring back decency in girls clothing, please click HERE, and then, post this on your blogs and email it out to your friends...let's give this thing some legs. Not saying that we'll effect a change, but the journey of a thousand miles....well, you know!

wooo hoo! I am the first Suzanne B to comment. Lucky me!
I will sign the petition. I think it's SHAMEFUL that retailers peddle clothing smut for girls. My daughter will NEVER wear most of today's "fashions"...I dread the teen years....
here I am...the second Suzanne B!! I totally agree. When I was in high school it was hard to find a modest prom dress. That was too many years ago than I care to mention! I can't believe the styles on the racks for even teeny tiny girls (not that I even look at those racks...but I've seen some of those little girls looking so trashy)!
Hey Linda. I dont have girls, but I totally agree with you and will sign the petition. You go GIRL!
I signed... but I chose not to have my info displayed. I have two boys, but I totally agree with this. We have the freedome to express dressing ourselves modestly and there aren't clothes out there that we can do that with!
Ooops! "Freedom" without the "e" of course!
